These terms govern the use of Bitacad, design-time tracking software for Autodesk Fusion and SOLIDWORKS developed by SIA Lab, based in Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina ("we"). By downloading, installing or using Bitacad you accept these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bitacad while you have an active trial or subscription. Each license can be activated on up to 2 computers at a time. You may not resell, sublicense, modify the software to bypass licensing, or distribute it commercially.

2. Free trial

Bitacad includes a 14-day free trial from the first time it runs, with no payment details required. When the trial ends, the program locks until you activate a license.

3. Subscription and payments

• Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), which may add applicable taxes for your country.
• We may change prices; any change applies from your next renewal and we'll let you know in advance.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your purchase link or by contacting support. Your license stays active until the end of the paid period. When it expires, Bitacad locks, but your history stays on your computer and becomes available again if you renew.

5. Your data

The data Bitacad records (times, designs, jobs, rates) is stored on your computer and belongs to you. See the privacy policy.

6. Warranty and liability

Bitacad is provided "as is". We work to keep measurements accurate, but they are estimates based on your computer activity and we do not guarantee they are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Please review times before using them for invoicing.

7. Trademarks

Autodesk and Fusion are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. SOLIDWORKS is a trademark of Dassault Systèmes. Bitacad is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by those companies.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
